Electronic NFT Project built on Ethereum

CryptoMicCrew wanted to launch a new minting dApp for their own community, based on electronic music: this included a DAO and other features, on the Ethereum blockchain.

What is CryptoMicCrew?

CryptoMicCrew is an NFT project with uniquely designed digital artwork NFTs on the Ethereum blockchain, featuring humanoid microphone characters, that grant access to numerous community perks.

The problem

I've met CryptoMicCrew at the beginning of their project, so everything was made from scratch. They needed a new website, a way to deliver their NFTs to a whitelisted community, and a decentralized solution to store their 5.000 images and metadata for their collection.

Let the music begin

We started this project by understanding CryptoMicCrew goals, their target audience, and their plans for the next months.

After that I created a design document highlighting the electronic music genre with purple, vibrant colors, and added the wallet connection mechanism and web3 integration that I would wire with the smart contract.

Finally, I've developed and optimized the smart contract to ensure minimum gas fees and added a custom, extendible, whitelisting mechanism: this included also a public and a private sale phase. Later on I deployed the smart contract on Ethereum mainnet and I listed the collection on OpenSea and Rarible.

Results

The website is live, and the gated minting smart contract is deployed on Ethereum Mainnet, ready to use. I'm still collaborating with CryptoMicCrew and I will implement all the other features needed, like a community DAO, after the first minting phase is finished.
